Have you ever had a near miss that you want to share to protect others you work with on the line? Learn how to recreate and share that near miss or event here. Five minute Video Event Reports (VERs) is a course that will teach you how to recreate videos of high value events or near misses. You can use your VERs to help everyone you work with in field operations to be able to recoginze existing patterns of traps (latent organizati onal weaknesses) and avoid those traps.

The course begins with a definition of the golden rule of making a VER: "Wow, that could happen to me". The goal of making a VER is to get every person who could of have or might someday be in the same situation to watch the recreated VER and say: "Wow, that could happen to me".
